BEA Provides several Options to Access and Make Payments to Your Account

BEA's Kiosk Payment Option

BEA now has several bill pay kiosks for your convenience.

Two Kiosk are located at the Bolivar Energy Authority Office front foyer and is available 24/7. There is also one located in the BEA lobby during office hours. The other Kiosk's are located inside Maxwell's Big Star Grocery and Hwy57 Grocery and Deli and is available during store hours only.
